In an emergency management capacity, Mr. Jones has coordinated response and recovery to a myriad of emergencies and disasters.

Randall Mathews
Randall Mathews, Assistant Director, has more than 14 years of combined experience in emergency management and military operations. During his tenure at Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA), Randall has assumed multiple responsibilities to include overseeing all planning, hazard mitigation and operational functions for CEMA as well as the Chatham County Emergency Operations Center (EOC).

Chelsea Sawyer
Chelsea joined CEMA in September 2016. Her primary responsibilities as the Emergency Management Coordinator in Community Outreach include organizing and presenting public awareness campaigns as well as recruiting, training and supervising the Agency's volunteer workforce. In March 2019, Chelsea earned the Basic Georgia Certified Emergency Manager (Ga-CEM) designation and became the fourth member of CEMA to hold the title of Ga-CEM.

Taylor Sanchez joined CEMA in August 2018 as an Emergency Management Specialist with a focus on coordinating training and exercises. He has a diverse background in military law enforcement and emergency management.

Sheyanne Williams
Sheyanne Williams joined CEMA in August 2022 as Administrative Assistant II. In this role, she serves as the liaison between staff, citizens, and professionals outside of the organization. She also strives to assist in the overall success of the agency's emergency management efforts. Prior to joining CEMA, Sheyanne served her community in the behavioral health, and non-profit sector as a Business Manager for two years.

Wally Calhoun
Employed by Chatham County from December 2017 to present as the County's first fulltime dedicated Radio Technician in preparation of the new County Police Department. Beginning in 2019, the county took over the 911 Dispatch Center and began providing technical support to that department with their radio communications needs.
