Randall Mathews
Randall Mathews, Assistant Director, has more than 14 years of combined experience in emergency management and military operations. During his tenure at Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA), Randall has assumed multiple responsibilities to include overseeing all planning, hazard mitigation and operational functions for CEMA as well as the Chatham County Emergency Operations Center (EOC).

Alli Padgett currently Assistant Director with Chatham County Emergency Management Agency (CEMA), has extensive experience in emergency management and military operations. Alli oversees operations, communications, logistics, the emergency warning program, WebEOC administration, fleet coordination, and asset management.

Kayla Reynolds has joined CEMA as an AmeirCorps VISTA (Volunteer in Service to America) for a one year term as an Outreach Specialist. Kayla is a Savannah State graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Kayla is currently pursuing her degree in Public Administration online at the University of Miami.
