<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><FONT size=3>As Tropical Storm Ida approaches the Gulf Coast, Chatham County residents are encouraged to remain vigilant and to take necessary precautions.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>It is expected that Ida will continue to weaken as it approaches the Gulf Coast.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Tropical Storm Ida will move Eastward across Georgia and may affect areas of Chatham County tomorrow and Wednesday.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Residents can expect heavy rain of 1 to 2 inches with locally higher amounts in excess of 4 inches possible.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
